'I was initially given a terrible room. The door was in the elevator lobby! The room was small, dark, and had a bit of a smell. I went back to the front desk and said it was unacceptable. The lady at the desk said it might be difficult to move me, because they were full, but she looked at it for quite a while and was finally able to change me to a normal room. I very much appreciated her efforts.
That room was much better, but truly, this hotel needs some work. It gives an old, worn impression...

'We were in town for the FIFA match. We were welcomed by a very friendly staff. The manager let us do an early check in for free and hung flags of the daily FIFA teams. The bed and pillow were very comfortable and the rooms looked like they were recently updated. The towels seemed brand new. Good experience'

'The room smelled like pizza the moment we opened the door. The smell continued through out stay but having the air on made it a tad better. There were hairs on the outside of the bathtub. The door to the bathroom was a sliding door that did not lock. Free continental breakfast was included but there wasn't much food when we went down at 8 am. There was no coffee, another guest asked 3 times for coffee and by the time we left to get Starbucks instead the employee was just taking the coffee...
