'Our family stayed two nights here. The entire hotel set up is horrible. No elevators either. It's a maze to get around anywhere. Pool was fine but needed some TLC. Breakfast was better than most. The laundry facilities were all broken down. Rooms were just ok. If you stay here. Ask for a first floor close to the front desk or else you will end up the furthest away and have to walk quite a bit to get to the lobby breakfast or the pool. 'The waterpark was great as we were on an unexpected road trip and our 7 year old had a lot of energy to get out. The room was clean, but the TV had been left on because there was no remote and it took 3 different remotes and eventually finding buttons on the tv to turn it off. Also, the second curtain that covers the rest of the window was missing so we woke up earlier than planned with the sun shining through. Neither of those issues would stop us from staying here again.'
