« The room wasn’t cleaned automatically for two days and on the third they just dropped towels and emptied trash. Bed was never touched and the policy was no where to be found. I would ask when checking in. The hotel is also currently under construction which isn’t stated clearly at the time of reservation, so there is no lobby. »

« Hotel doesnt have parking. Website says it does. Well, it doesnt. No valet parking weekends. Elevator was so loud it was hard to sleep at night. »

« The staff was very nice. Wasn't crazy about the room's floor plan. The placement of the desk doesn't make sense. I know it is to divide the room but the pole at the end of the desk cuts off the view of the TV and the placement of the couch is also odd. Other than the floor plan, my stay was good. »

« Room was in desperate need of a good cleaning. Shower did not work. We had to valet the car and it came back in HORRIBLE condition, someone had smoked in the car, it had 50 miles more on the car than when we dropping it off. The seats were pulled all the way forward and all driver settings had been erased. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! »

« This room was disgusting. Holes in the walls. TV falling off the wall. Baseboards look like years of build up. Pubic hair in bed. No sheet beneath the blanket. Did not supply bedding for pull out even though they knew we have 4 occupants. Supplied only one washcloth and 3 towels. Holes in the towels, and they looked dirty. Never provided additional requested towels and washcloths. Two people didn't stay. They slept on the floor of a hotel room with a friend, rather than sleeping on the...
