There is a full kitchen and comfortable living room with a raised seating area over-looking busy Twentieth Street. The central heating and air system and all the appliances are brand new. Hardwood floors that run throughout the space and the 14-foot ceilings provide a true loft experience. Giant 8'-6" high windows give stellar views of Birmingham’s beautiful historic buildings and skyline. If unavailable, there is a 2nd floor loft as well.

4. Cats or dogs are welcome, but there is a non-refundable $125 deposit per pet (only 2 allowed). There will be additional fees if there are issues.
