Outdoor living at Fairways Abound starts on the deck at the back corner of the house, with the RTJ 10th fairway in view and the kitchen just inside, so cooking for a crowd is easy — prep inside, step out, and you`re at the grill. Two six-burner grills provide enough cooking space for the entire crew, with no waiting in line for the next steak or burger. An outdoor dining table seats 8 under a large umbrella for shaded lunches and long dinners overlooking the course. Downstairs, the hot tub sits on the covered porch just off the game room: sink in after a round and watch the last light fade over the course.
Inside, the main level opens into a generous living area anchored by a gas fireplace and windows that frame the fairway. The kitchen is built for a group: seating for 8 at the kitchen table, gas cooktop, double ovens (one convection), full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, a large island with a breakfast bar, deep pantry, and counter space for a full breakfast spread before an early tee time. It`s a quiet, private space sized for the bride and her stylist, with a bathroom right next door, and it`s all on the main level — no carrying a gown down the stairs.

NO CANDLES, incense or open flames. The gas fireplaces and grills are the only flames allowed, used as instructed.

HOT TUB: No glass, no food, shower first, 15 minutes at a time, children with an adult at all times, no one under 5, and the cover goes back on and locked every time. Use is at your own risk.

GAME ROOM: Drinks off the pool felt, darts in the board only, putts on the green only, and unplug the VW bar and traffic light when you are done.

PARKING: Garage and driveway only. No street parking (HOA rule). No RVs, trailers or boats.

SECURITY: Keep the doors locked. Smoke detectors, CO monitors and exterior-door cameras are for your protection; disabling or tampering with them = immediate cancellation.

No food in the beds. Please follow the check-in, house and checkout instructions.
