We would strongly advise against staying at this hotel due to serious safety and service concerns.
Upon arrival, we were checked into a room and our key cards worked without issue. However, in the middle of the night, a stranger entered our room and quickly left. This was extremely alarming, especially since we were traveling with a child. No guest should ever have to experience something like this.
The following morning, our key cards suddenly stopped working. When we went to the front desk, we were told that they had accidentally given us the wrong room from the start. This means another guest was also given access to the same room, which explains the intrusion. This is a major security failure.
In addition to this, the room above us was excessively loud, with constant stomping and noise late into the night, making it impossible to rest.
We attempted multiple times to have a manager contact us about these issues, but despite three requests, we never received a call back. The lack of response and accountability only made the situation worse.
We did not feel safe during our stay, and the hotel has refused to issue any refund despite the severity of these issues.
Overall, this was an unacceptable and unsettling experience. Safety, basic customer service, and accountability were all lacking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families.
