« Would have given a 5 star review but unfortunately neither me or my wife could have a shower, water would only come out at super hot no matter how I tried to ad cold it just stayed boiling hot. Both had to wash in the sink as a consequence. We were in room 6 »

« I arrived at the hotel after a long and stressful day, only to find I’d booked myself in on the wrong day. Cassie and her male colleague on the front desk were lovely and so friendly. And they managed to get my booking changed so I could stay that night which was a relief. The hotel itself is lovely, clean, modern and brand new but the staff are exceptional. I will definitely be back. »

« The room was fine, not exceptional, for me, as I was only staying for 6 nights. I hadn't booked breakfast as it was only offered on a Sunday, but there is a "Sandwich Stop" attached to the hotel in the car park. Parking was adequate, but trying to exit onto the busy main road was a nightmare, as the hedges were so overgrown and hadn't been trimmed, so it was impossible to see traffic approaching from both directions. « Even though the hotel was clean and well maintained, I found the entrance difficult to find and also a lack of parking which required parking my vehicle at a parking garage in the city about three blocks away. At night returning from there back to the hotel, I felt uneasy as there were some shady individuals in that area. »

« A hotel located in a beautiful old and picturesque house which offers many on-site conveniences (gym, hairdresser, pub, restaurant, parking) all served by a very welcoming staff.
