Villa Royal with heated pool and sauna

The luxurious villa is situated on a remote and completely fenced property of 2000 m² and offers its guests absolute privacy. This magnificent and impressive villa of 290 m² offers its guests a comfortable and great stay.Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom, air conditioning and TV. The three rooms have a double bed and one bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds which can be arranged if required. There is also a separate toilet in the house which is practical after swimming and sunbathing in the pool. The kitchen is fully and modernly equipped and there is also an indoor fireplace. In the beautifully landscaped and spacious garden there is a 10 x 4 m heated swimming pool. After swimming you can relax in the shade under parasols and use one of the 6 deck chairs or 3 tabourets.The villa features a sauna and a treadmill in a separate room, providing guests with extra comfort and privacy. Entertaining facilities for children such in the garden and there is also a Play Station 4.  Very luxurious, completely surrounded with maximum guarantee of privacy. NOTE: Villa Royal is perfect for family vacation, young groups are not allowed. Dear guests, please note that according to Croatian law, a child of any age is counted as one person.
