The approximately 100 m² large 3-room apartment (non-smoking) offers you through their first-class, stylish facilities with 2 balconies (sea side) and a roof terrace the best conditions for an unforgettable holiday. The stairway "Haus Granitz" has a lift, with which you can easily reach the apartment. Thanks to a successful room layout, the apartment can accommodate max. 4 adults and 2 infants up to 3 years in travel cot. In the spacious living / dining area you can spend comfortable days by the comfortable corner couch with coffee table, sideboard, floor lamp and large dining area. Three smart TVs, Blu-ray players and a mini stereo system with Bluetooth and USB port and the free Wi-Fi provided in the apartment for your entertainment. From the living area a staircase leads to the large furnished roof terrace with additional beach chair, from which you can enjoy a 360 ° view over the impressive landscape. One bedroom and the living / dining area provide access to the furnished balconies (east) with a unique view of the Baltic Sea. The modern kitchen which adjusts to the living area offers a 4-zone ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with separate freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender and various kitchen utensils and invites you to cozy cooking evenings. The bedrooms are equipped with boxspring beds (double bed 1,60m x 2,00m and two beds 0,90m x 2,00m), bedside tables with lighting and USB ports as well as wardrobes for your holiday wardrobe. Dimming options through curtains as well as pleats and insect repellent allow a restful sleep. Both bedrooms have a Smart TV. Both bathrooms are equipped with WC, walk-in showers, cosmetic mirror, hair dryer, towel dryer and a washing area with generous mirrors and shelves. The first bathroom also offers a sauna for relaxation. A bidet completes the appearance. In the apartment-internal storeroom you will also find a washing machine, vacuum cleaner and drying rack as well as ironing board with iron. Pets, a smaller dog, are allowed. A parking space for your car is reserved for you on the opposite parking lots. You can store your bicycles in a communal storage room. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for an additional charge or supplement by your own. For packages booked for 2 or more, you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.   In the KDF seaside resort Prora will continue to be renovated and built. Therefore, there may be temporary disturbances. By this note any claims from a construction-related deficiency are compensated.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
