Moonlight Mountain Homes sit right on the slopes in Cowboy Heaven, with direct ski-in/ski-out access to the Moonlight and Madison Base areas and the "Biggest Skiing in America." Clip in after breakfast, ski back to your door for lunch, and be on the lifts again within minutes.

Nestled in the pines with amazing views of Andesite's slopes and the expanse of Lone Peak, 4 Harvest Moon is a ski-in/ski-out chalet that exudes comfort on every level. Professionally decorated with luxurious finishes, western touches, and artwork, no detail has been overlooked. The great room is an inviting place for everyone to relax after a day on the mountain, play board games, or curl up and watch a movie. A well-equipped kitchen and dining area make catering for a large group a breeze and open onto a large wraparound deck for sunrise views, summer BBQs, and soothing hot tub sessions under the stars.

An ideal fit for families, groups, or four vacationing couples, 4 Harvest Moon offers 2,600 square feet of well-appointed space with three ensuite bedrooms and a spacious upper loft with a private seating area. The Primary King Suite features a private balcony with mountain views and plenty of storage. With calming tones, plush bedding, and luxurious bathroom essentials, you're in for a good night's sleep after long days on the slopes.

In summer, the same lifts carry you to endless Big Sky adventures, from hiking and mountain biking to scenic rides up the mountain. Your mountain home is beautifully secluded yet only a couple of minutes from Big Sky's Mountain Village hub, with the geological wonders of Yellowstone National Park a scenic drive away.

Ski Access:

Ski Access is king at the Moonlight Mountain Homes, with direct ski-in/ski-out access to Moonlight Basin and Big Sky Resort. Access lift start date varies, but typically early to mid-December. Access lifts may close before Big Sky Resort's closing day depending on snow conditions. No access until lifts open and after lifts close. Direct access to the Madison Base Area Ski School makes morning lessons a breeze.

Ski Out:
Head down the driveway and go right on Harvest Moon. At the end of the street, walk up ski access. At top of access, ski to the left onto Bootlegger Trail.
This will take you to the Moonlight Lodge and the Ironhorse lift. You can also take a left off of Bootlegger onto Alpine Meadows Trail to head down to the Madison Base and Six Shooter Lift.

Ski In:
From the top of Iron Horse lift or Six Shooter lift, follow signs for Powder River. Ski through the concrete tunnel and PAST the first skier bridge on your right. Take a hard right turn on Natawista which is the first right after the bridge. Follow this access over two skier bridges. DO NOT turn left off the main path. Stay straight. It will transition to Bootlegger which will bring you back to the top of the access you walked up in the morning. You can ski down and back to the driveway of Moonlight Mountain Home 4 Harvest Moon.
Please note that if snow is melted off road you will need to walk across the street going both in and out in order to get to the ski access or house.
