Yes the carpet may be faded and stained in spots, but that is likely an indication of heavy use over time by multiple guests. The cobbler and ice cream at night were a nice surprise! Breakfast was good with a variety of foods both hot and cold. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were available all the time. ...

'There was a softball tournament while we were there and the kids and parents were so rude, blocking walkways, running outside the rooms knocking on doors. Management did nothing. It rained and water came in our room under the door, carpet was filthy.'

'If the temperature is too warm they close the indoor pool (mid 80s). The outdoor pool by our building was pretty small which wasnt a big deal when only a few families were there. It filled up quick as well as the larger outdoor pool we had to drive to. We also thought laundry was in the unit (it is just on the property. I knew going in we may have to decline the timeshare sales people but you go from the check in people to the timeshare "watch our presentation" people to get your keys coded....

'We played cornhole and had drinks at the bar! It’s close to silver dollar city amusement park and downtown Brandon ! Tge have a pool and plug tubs! Great place! And it’s dog friendly! We’ll be going back!!'
