'Het hotel ligt op loopafstand can het conventie centrum, het doel van mijn reis. Met de bus voor de deur reis je gemakkelijk naar de Mall of naar andere delen van de stad. Eten is prima in de Ierse pub in Pratt st. Of in het Italiaanse restaurant aan de overkant. Voor de snelle hap zit er een pizza take away maast het hotel. '

'Parking was underground and HORRIBLY tight. Rained hard and it was a floody mess. Free breakfast was bearable not exceptional. There for four days and room not cleaned on any day; had to go looking for clean towels. Used a machine in exercise room which felt like it was falling apart. Couldn't call room service or front desk because phone didn't work'

'I had issues with food and room charges when I went to the front desk they said they were not part of the restaurant so I would have to discuss the issue with them. Which I did the restaurant staff were excellent and did resolve the issue. However when I checked out the front desk said there were not additional charges and they would email the receipt. I never received the receipt I attempted on numerous times to contact the hotel since they did however charge my credit card $300 plus!! The...

'This is a truly lovely property. The grounds are exquisite and include a 75' lap pool and lovely patio and area for artist retreats. Nice robes, comfy linens, a fabulous shower. Fireplace that throws a good amount of heat and easy to use air conditioning. Good instruction book. Some small details were overlooked--a nice coffee nook to make tea or coffee but no water available to use or drink.'

'I have stayed at this property a few times. When I come to the area it’s my first choice place to stay. The hotel is always clean and the rooms are also very clean. The location is convenient, as well as walkable distance to shopping and great restaurants.'
