Hôtel près de Bibliothèque de Phoenix (Phoenix)

« Excellent accueil chaleureux, grande chambre, piscine tres agreable, hotel OK pour une etape de road trip, nous conseillons. »

« The staff was so incredibly welcoming and kind and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is clean and well decorated for Halloween (even if the clowns were a little bit scary). I loved that the pool had extended hours and it was open until 1 AM. It was nice to go soak in the hot tub after seeing a show at OSF. My only complaint is that the pillows were awful. They were super thin and felt like they were made of paper. The rest of the day more than made up for it. I will definitely be back...

« This hotel was clean and updated. Unfortunately the location was tricky because of the truck loading/unloading site next to the hotel. The trucks were backed up to the highway and we were stuck in the lineup for 15 minutes. The activity at this trucking site caused a rumbling noise and vibration through the night. The breakfast was average but the coffee was stellar. The staff members were friendly and helpful. »

« This is the only place we will stay in Medford OR. Very clean great staff and in a good part of town. Just got home from our 6th visit and still as good as the 1st. »

« L'établissement est un peu vieillot, il aurait besoin d'un coup de neuf. Le personnel très accueillant et serviable »

« Confortable, personnel courtois, stationnement. »

« Très bon rapport qualité/prix. »

« All good »

« This is in my top-3 in Oregon. Stayed there 4 times. Each time was nice. This is a botanical garden, everything is organic. All rooms are nice. It's a perfect place where to relax and just enjoy life. Kudos to everyone. This hotel is a jewel. »

« Très joli hôtel bien situé. Le personnel a été extrêmement serviable ce qui a rendu mon séjour d’autant plus agréable. Grand parking très pratique. Malheureusement il y a un souci d’insonorisation et j’étais contente d’avoir pris des boules-quies avec moi. »

« The hotel is under new management so hopefully it shapes up. The kitchen had zero utensils and the property was under construction. »

« Room was clean and newly decorated Afternoon staff friendly Morning staff apathetic when concern expressed Hotel does not allow Park and Ride when booking with Expedia so don't count on it when getting a shuttle »

« We arrived late in the evening and the front staff was not a helpful person and was not a nice person. We were thankful that we did not have to purchase the breakfast, it was not the greatest. »

« Clean room, staff, breakfast »
