It is surrounded by a large well-kept garden equipped with barbecue and carport parking and a hectare of olive trees. Beautiful infinity swimming pool with solarium, sun beds, deck chairs and umbrellas for total relaxation.



The Villa is divided over two floors and is located on a hill in the middle of the vineyards with sea view. With a short and comfortable staircase you reach the large porch and the balcony.



The first floor consists of a very bright open space living room, with super-equipped kitchen and sun flooded dining area, as well as two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. The lower ground floor offers two other bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a second living room. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning and heating.
