Holiday Home 'La Gourmandise D'Huguette' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

House in a dominant position on the south-facing slope, not overlooked, with private swimming pool, in a peaceful natural setting. Ideally located 10 minutes from Sarlat, a jewel of medieval architecture, and 12 minutes from the Dordogne valley with its castles, gardens, canoes and barges. 20 minutes from the Vézère valley and its prehistoric sites such as Lascaux and the Prehistory Museum. 50 minutes from the Lot, with Rocamadour and the Padirac chasm.



The house has a covered terrace facing the pool, equipped with a gas plancha for cooking the local produce you'll find at our producers' or village markets. The well-equipped kitchen opens onto a living room, with air-conditioning.



On the same level, you'll find a shower room and separate toilet. Bed linen and towels can be provided for extra comfort.



On the garden level, two bedrooms with 160 cm beds open onto a covered terrace, shaded in the afternoon. A bathroom with WC is also available on this level.



Upstairs, a mezzanine with two 90 cm beds.



The flat-bottomed swimming pool is equipped with a cleaning robot and solar shower.



Parking for three or four cars and an 800 m² park are available. The gîte is located in a small hamlet of three houses, with no facing buildings or traffic, guaranteeing absolute peace and quiet. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi fiber.



Our gîte is accessible by car. Sarlat, 10 minutes away, has a train station with a line from Bordeaux. Buses run to Souillac and Gourdon stations. A car rental shop is located 5 minutes' walk from the station. Bergerac and Cressenssac-Brive airports are 50 minutes away.
