Vind je ideale hotel in Betterton

'I chose this hotel after my first year staying at Red Roof Inn. Although it is a bit more, you have a decent hotel when staying in Aberdeen. Next time, when I go to Aberdeen, this hotel is my first option. A little suggestion, there are some bars and restaurants around, it would be great to have a bar where people can hang out after a convention'

'Good hotel'

'Beds were comfortable but the pillows were not. Room was very tall and echoy'

'The staff, especiallly the team there Friday morning for breakfast, was so friendly to guests and kind to eachother. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Very good location for visiting soldiers on APG.'

'Process for checking in and out is simple . Staff is great and know what they are doing; often go above and beyond when needed or asked.'

'all good'

'Unique place to stay while visiting in Chestertown. 2nd floor only stair accessible. But, nice stay. Beautiful view of the marina when we awoke.'

'Staff was incredibly rude. TVs were down and offered no help. The front desk staff was the rudest most disrespectful staff I’ve ever encountered. Most certainly won’t return.'

'Interior was very clean and updated. Room was comfortable including bed. Bathroom was very clean.'

'The night shift employee. The guy had an attitude towards us relaxing in the lobby area that has TV’s and chairs which appears to be meant for socializing. He clearly hates his job and took it out on us. If your team is coming for the Ripken experience don’t stay there if he’s working.'

'Clean room for the night, me and my pup enjoyed our stay!!'

'Sadly, the property is not well maintained. Linens, carpets and shower need a refresh. Stains on walls, ceilings and towels. The staff are great, convenient location, parking included.'

'Friendly staff, plenty of parking spaces, family friendly. The building is old but would do some renovation. Furniture needs replacement.'

'I like that it was close to a lot of stores but the property itself was dirty, the showers had mold in it and the curtains was falling down…'
