Evergreen Escape: Private Hot Tub, Sleeps 15, 10–15 min to Sunday River

Welcome to Evergreen Escape, a recently updated 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house on a private, evergreen-lined acre in Bethel, Maine. Sunday River is a 10–15-minute drive away, and the private six-person hot tub is open year-round, just steps from the back door.

Set among mature trees, the property offers privacy and mountain outlines that are especially visible in winter. Walk to downtown Bethel and Gould Academy, with the historic Bethel Resort & Inn nearby.

Room for your group
The home accommodates up to 15 guests, including the living-room sofa bed:
- Bedroom 1: one queen bed
- Bedroom 2: two queen beds and one twin bed
- Bedroom 3: queen bunk bed
- Bedroom 4: twin bunk bed
- Living room: queen sofa bed

Two full bathrooms include one with a tub/shower and one with a shower.

Unwind after the mountain
Store your gear in the ski and boot room, then enjoy ping pong, a Nintendo Switch, and board games in the separate game room. The house also has two smart TVs, a modern kitchen with Keurig and drip coffeemakers, and a washer and dryer.

Outside, enjoy the covered porch, deck, and fenced dog run. Up to two dogs are welcome; a pet fee applies.

Guest access
Guests have access to the house and front and back yards. The garage and greenhouse are not available for guest use.

Seasonal availability
The fire pit, grill, and outdoor furniture are stored for winter and unavailable during that season. The hot tub remains open year-round.

The fireplace is currently out of order and unavailable for guest use. A gas insert installation is planned for December 7, 2026. It will remain unavailable until installation is complete and it is confirmed working.
