The property is equipped with an outdoor grill and a propane tank is provided. If the tank needs to be refilled or exchanged during a stay, it is the renter's responsibility. Propane can be swapped out at a local convenience store in Bethel village.

Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

Renters may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made.
