'When checking into the hotel, I was greeting as a shot on Honors member and given a small welcome bag with water & snacks. After asking about the reason for ky stay, the manager congratulated me on my upcoming wedding and granted a complimentary room upgrade so I would have a larger space for hair and makeup! What an amazing experience! I highly recommend this hotel!'

'Breakfast was good. Property and surrounding area is beautiful. We did notice my sister who checked in immediately after us, got a completely different welcome. She was given water, was asked why she was visiting the area, was told about complimentary cookies. We got none of that. Staff seen around the property was not friendly. '

'I failed to read the reviews before booking! It didnt smell like a hotel and had visible mouse traps in the hallway! I booked 2 nights however ended up leaving after the first night because of the thought of a mouse rummaging through the room. The beds were rock hard and the water never got warm. Safety is an issue as anyone could just walk off the street and enter the hotel from side and back doors that dont require a room key. The breakfast wasnt bad and overall it wasnt terrible but...

'This place canceled my reservation without notification after I told them ahead of time I would be late due to a conference. I even offered to pay in advance. They said no need to do that. I came back and they had canceled my reservation. The customer service in this case was terrible.'

Massive contrast with Fairfield: even though ESA was more expensive, the room was not nearly as nice or as well maintained: (door handle had been jarred loose, and did not feel secure); vinyl instead of carpet on the floor - just generally had more of a cheapo vibe.
