Our Copper condo has a private balcony for the mornings, an outdoor fire pit for the nights, and a queen plus a sofa sleeper for a group of four — right in the middle of Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

THE LIVING SPACE — Gas fireplace (seasonal), smart TV, board games, and sofa sleeper for two additional guests.

THE KITCHEN — Fully equipped for real meals: full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Coffee and tea stocked on arrival.

THE BALCONY — Private balcony with outdoor seating and open views. Morning coffee, evening drinks, or just somewhere to sit between adventures.

THE FIREPIT — Shared outdoor fire pit area with seating. Firewood is provided.

GAME ROOM & LAUNDRY — Shared access to the game room and laundry room in the neighboring Lupindorf building, a few steps away.

ATV & SIDE-BY-SIDE TRAILS — Trail 2 is minutes away. Gogebic County (MI) and Iron County (WI) together offer 500+ miles of ORV routes through Ottawa National Forest. Free trail maps at the Ottawa National Forest office on US-2, 5 minutes away.

BLACK RIVER WATERFALLS (20 min) — Five waterfalls through old-growth forest ending at a Lake Superior beach. Gorge Falls, Rainbow Falls, Potawatomi Falls, Sandstone Falls, and Copper Falls — all accessible off Black River Road.

BLACK RIVER HARBOR + LAKE SUPERIOR (20 min) — Agate hunting, kayaking, paddleboarding, or just an amazing beach with nothing but open water.

IRON BELLE TRAIL (5 min) — Michigan's longest designated trail, running 2,000+ miles from Belle Isle to Ironwood.
