'Great location great hotel'

'Nice property for families. Loved the screened in porch. Because the rooms are close you can hear all the conversations. Great indoor pool.'

'The property is just as advertised and is a very nice place to stay. Very convenient to attractions and places to eat. Ample off street parking. Would definitely stay here again.'

'Had some issues at first but PortsCityStays were great to work with once we connected. Josh made sure our stay went well and went out of his way to make sure we had a great long weekend. The location is great and you can walk to some great bars and restaurants. Thanks to Josh, we will use PortCityStays again. Cheers!'

'Very clean and new basement apartment with its own entrance. There are lots of amenities not commonly found in other rentals: personal hygiene, high quality soaps and haircare items. Location was good to walk to some local restaurants and bars. The owners live upstairs but give you plenty of privacy. It is in a nice and quiet area. No complaints, if a larger bed would fit that would be ideal but i understand space is limited. There was some pitter parter of small feet above at times but nothing...

'Place is clean and centrally located. Easy walk to restaurants, shops etc.'

'A wonderful property in the heart of Olgonquit! Perfect place for a mother daughter weekend trip! Property is clean, well furnished, and in the best location. The hostess is super responsive--I had questions about parking that were answered immediately. Highly recommend!'

'Location is great! Right in the heart of downtown Portsmouth. Fully equipped kitchen was wonderful. Check in and check out were a breeze. Stairs to the bedrooms are a bit steep, but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property!'

'The property was very clean and surprisingly large! Very close drive to the beach and many great restaurants.'

'Great spot, close to Wallis Sands State Beach. Ocean view visible from both sides of force porch area. Would stay again.'

'Our 2 bedroom unit was beautiful - very clean well appointed. Four adults stayed here very comfortably. Really liked having washer and dryer. Check in was easy. Didn’t have to do a bunch of “housekeeping” before checking out - just take out the trash and run the dishwasher!'

'The apartment was exactly as pictured. Well decorated, spacious and comfortable. The location is exceptional! In the heart of everything, yet we did not find it loud. It was fun to watch the tugboats in and out shepherding huge boats through the harbor. The host was great communicating everything we needed to know and the parking spot was perfect. A lovely touch with snacks and toiletries available it you need them.'

'This lovely old home has the most modern interior that is a comfortable distance to Portsmouth without being in the city. Attention to detail was evident in the cleanliness as well as the fully stocked beverages that can be added to your bill. I was able to reach Doug immediately concerning check-in as I was having trouble getting my home internet and he was so helpful. Should we come back again we will definitely stay here as they even allowed our 58 pound dog Emma to be with us. Emma loved...

'We had a great time. Nicely done'

'I was happy to find this room on short-notice, and it served the purpose for an overnight. The good: The check-in was easy. The room and the bedding was clean. Parking was easy. There is a kitchen and a nice little screen porch. The price was affordable compared to other places in nearby towns. The bad: The bed was comically creaky, so if my wife or I moved in the night it woke up the other person. The futon folded up on itself like a taco with any adult-sized person on it (but was ok for my...
