'Two issues: hot water was not all that hot and the building fire alarm was having issues - it went off a 1AM when I was staying and the strobe light in my bathroom didn’t stop flashing until 8 AM. Fortunately maintenance disconnected the strobe in my room so I could sleep. I overheard the fire department say this was the 25th time they had been called to the property in 2026 on false alarms. This needs resolved '

'The room was very nice and clean. It made me want to stay longer. Love the view especially floor to ceiling windows. Couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. We will be returning to this location.'

'The room we had was great. Our room was large with a living room and full kitchen. Oscar was awesome when he served us. Other staff were okay. They weren’t as exuberant as Oscar though, not even close. Only one washer was working; the other one was out of service. Besides that, our stay was okay. '

'Sometimes one negative experience can overshadow an entire stay and unfortunately, that was the case for us. From the moment we arrived, we were not greeted. The front desk agent was unwelcoming, unresponsive, and did not answer our questions. We were not even properly provided with a functioning room key. Our reservation was for three guests, including a sofa bed. I requested assistance to prepare it, which was declined. Later, we realized the room had only two towels. Multiple requests...

'Nice located hotel, close to National Mall and all Smithsonian Museums. Room was clean and quiet, fully equipped with fridge, microwave and coffie machine. Indoor swimming pool is small, but very good for relaxing after sightseeing. Breakfasts were not impressive, mostly the same. Definitely not healthy. Service people very helpful. Daily cleaning very good. Good hotel for good price for short touristic stay. I really recommend it.'
