Ideal hotel for visiting Bern
The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. Our room was basic but clean with a comfortable bed, excellent shower, free WIFI, and small flatscreen TV. Dogs are allowed. The hotel has a parking garage that can be reached by an elevator and is connected to a shopping mall. Free public transportation is offered direct to and from Bern city (~20 minutes). We had a great time and will be back!

Superhotel, toplokatie , uitstekende voorzieningen
De kamers zijn schoon en modern. De locatie is geweldig, want je bent snel op de snelweg, maar ook direct aan het station om naar het centrum van Bern te gaan. De voorzieningen zijn fantastisch en je bent van alle gemakken voorzien. Een supergrote parkeergarage met laadmogelijkheden voor elektrische auto's. Een groot en modern winkelcentrum met een supermarkt, een bioscoop en allerlei mooie shops en eetgelegenheden. Ook is gekoppeld aan het hotel een bezoek aan de fitness en het zwembad van Bern-aqua. Kortom, geweldig!

Bern vanuit het westen.
Keurig hotel, nette en schone kamer. Prima vers ontbijt buffet met ruime variatie. Gelegen naast groot modern winkelcentrum wat via de parkeergarage binnendoor te bereiken is. Tevens stopt de tram en trein op 50 mtr voor het hotel waar je met de gratis vervoerbewijzen van het hotel mee naar het centrum van Bern kan. Parkeren betaal je bij het hotel per uur dat je er gestaan heb met een max van 25 chf per 24 uur. Fantastisch uitzicht vanuit de kamer. Prima verblijf gehad en kom er zeker nog een keer.

Niet tevreden...hotel is mooi....maar kamer was veel te warm...25 graden....4 maal bij receptie gemeld maar schijnbaar niet op te lossen...airco hele nacht op hoogste stand laten draaien waarna de temperatuur 24.7 was !

Luxe hotel in buitenwijk Bern met alle faciliteiten, geschakeld aan groot winkelcentrum met dagelijks 3 uur gratis gebruik van groot zwemparadijs. Trein en tram op voorplein naar centrum, resp 10 en 20 minuten, gratis tijdens verblijf. Eten zeer uitgebreid, is prijs ook naar. Zeer aardig personeel, schone en ruime kamers, lekkere bedden

Modern, net, zakelijk hotel.
Een prima hotel voor een overnachting, voorzien van bijna alle gemakken. Een nieuw, modern en schoon hotel. Met een uitgebreid winkelcentrum aansluitend. Goede parkeermogelijkheden. Alleen het niet kunnen regelen van de temperatuur in de warme kamer is minder, maar iets dat je helaas in meer en meer hotels ziet. Zeker in de winterperiode, waar de airco vaak niet eens aan te zetten is. Al met al een positieve ervaring.

Not worth the money
The first room shower drain didn't work and nearly floodwd the bathroom. The 2nd room had no soap in the dispensers and the air conditioner was stuck at 25 C (very uncomfortable unless you like to sleep naked without blankets). Staff was sympathetic but in the end nothing they ckuld do and was too late in the evening to change rooms again. Hotel manager reached out after comment sent to Corporate and insulted my ability to operate an air conditioner rather than try to remediate the issue. NOT worth the 200 CHF for the room, restaurant was really nice but expensive too. 80 CHF for 2 Chicken Caesar Salads and 2, 100ml glasses of wine.

We also asked a technician to check the functions of the air conditioning. There are no error messages. We are happy about that.We think it's a shame that you rate us so poorly for the third time on the same issue. You have made your own decision to book with us at a certain price. We have published very attractive and real pictures so that your decision could have been made differently in the process. There are also other hotels available to you at a significantly reduced price in the wide area surrounding Bern.Our prices in the restaurant are very well in line with the average of all restaurants in this area and in Switzerland. Hotel ok, rooms very small, ours didn't have the right beds on check in. Clean and tidy, can also use the pools and spa in the Westside resort which is really good- Bernaqua if people are interested, great for kids

Comfortable hotel with a perk!
Our family of 6 enjoyed staying at the Bern-Westside Hotel. It's comfortable, clean, and attached to a mall, and we received a 3-hour ticket to enjoy daily the Bernacqua Water Park located inside the mall. The kids and I had a blast! Public transportation to Bern’s Old Town is plenty and about 20 minutes. We recommend this hotel! PS: the only downside is that we requested foldable beds for our rooms to accommodate 2 children (16 and 11 years old) and the hotel staff said that it was not possible. When we got there, there were 2 foldable beds in two of the 3 rooms that we have booked. Thus, we booked unnecessarily the third room after the staff said that each room could accommodate only 2 guests.

Next to the Bern Westside mall and the train station. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely consider this hotel again if we go back to Bern. The train ride from main Bern station to Bern Westside is short. Definitely take advantage of the Bern visitor card the hotel gives you! Excellent location and the staff are sooo wonderful!

Was a great stay for 2 nights. Had no clue we got access to the waterpark attached to the shopping Centre there so that was a bonus for the kids. Rooms were clean and quiet. Had an issue with a leak from our AC dropping onto the floor but staff were quick to offer us a change of rooms. She even found us in the restaurant to bring us the key and explain what happened. Easy parking in the shopping Centre lot underground as well. Definitely recommend.
