Out the back you will find a massive fully fenced yard with loads of space for cars, boats and all your gear, making it ideal for fishing trip, family getaways, or a relaxed escape with friends.

With all linen provided, there’s less to pack and more time to relax, Simply arrive, settle in and enjoy your stay.

Bring your fishing gear, golf clubs and walking shoes and get ready to enjoy everything this beautiful area has to offer.

Bedroom 1- 1 x Double Bed with wardrobe and dressing table

Bedroom 2 - 2 x sets Bunks plus 1 x single bed with wardrobe

Linen: All linen is supplied. Please bring your own beach towels.

Toilet: External access via undercover veranda

Lounge Room : Separate carpeted lounge room, 1 x 3 seater & 1 x 2 seater lounge , coffee table, TV

Kitchen/Dining: Combined kitchen and dining room. Kitchen has upright stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle. Dining table with 6 chairs.

Internet/WiFi access - Sorry, this property does not provide WiFi. Please make alternative arrangements, or plan to switch off and fully relax during your stay!

Laundry: External access from back of house includes washing machine, iron, ironing board

Heating/Cooling: 2 column heaters and x1 small blow heater provided and 1 pedestal fan

Pets: Pets welcome - outside only. Yard fenced - see photos for height and type of fencing. Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately.

Parking: Rear lane access via Tuross Lane, off street parking for 3 cars and 2 Boats (with limited access due to gate entrance off laneway). See photos to determine if suitable for your boat.

Outdoor: Front porch with table and occasional chairs and views across Bermagui harbour. Small kettle BBQ is provided.
