This is our ADA accessible suite and was designed to comfortably accommodate a wheelchair. All amenities are still identical to our other suites.

Perfect location in downtown Berlin, Ohio, in the heart of Amish Country. Lots of shopping, dining and things to do within walking distance.

Conveniently located, free public parking lot behind the building. Large lot, should have spaces available for you. If not, more free parking is available within a short walking distance.

The Atlee Suites have 5 suites on the 3rd floor of The Atlee building, located in downtown Berlin, OH. It truly is the perfect location, offering shopping, restaurants and more all right out your front door! Plus, as a guest of The Atlee, enjoy exclusive promotions with the building`s other tenants, The Blue Sky Cafe, S Flynn Home (high-end home goods & furniture) and The Remedy Salon & Spa.

This specific suite, #303, is located on the east side of the building and provides a view of both Main Street to the north as well as the beautiful countryside to the south.

Will gain entry to the building 24/7 with an access code. A separate access code will be provided to enter your suite with via a smart lock.

The lower level entry foyer, lobby and stairwell are accessible 24/7. The main floor which has the cafe and retail space is accessible during business hours only. The 3rd floor, which has the 5 suites, is of course accessible 24/7.

- 24/7 access to The Atlee building for guests is provided via a door code

- When entering suite, don`t forget to press the checkmark button after your entry code

- If in hot tub suite, tub will not heat up while jets are on high. Please keep cover strapped on when not in use.

- Strict no smoking policy within the suite. We have smoking detectors in the rooms that both detect tobacco and cannabis. Automatic $250 cleaning fee is assessed if smoking is detected.

- If you need extra sheets, towels, a hair dryer or forgot any toiletries -- check our `guest closet` in the suite`s lobby

- If traveling with a pet in one of our pet-friendly suites, please keep them off of the velvet swivel chairs. They scratch easily!

- Electric fireplace has a privacy glass feature for added privacy in the bathroom.

- Use the YoutubeTV App on the TV to access live TV.
