The Space:

This cozy two bedroom, one bath home has all the features you are looking for in a rental! Our large kitchen is perfect for cooking dinner with the family after a day on the lake or a big , and the large dining room table has a seat for everyone. Our comfy living room is complete with a large Roku TV, games, cards, coloring books, kids books and more! The updated bathroom has all the toiletry amenities you'll need, so don't worry if you left something at home, and at the end of a full and fun day you'll collapse into our welcoming beds!



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the main level of the home, but the basement is currently off limits while we make some upgrades. The garage is not included in the rental and is saved for the Property Owner's personal items, but the driveway is available for the guests to use. Street parking is allowed April-October.



The Neighborhood:

The Maple Leaf Retreat is just off of Hwy M28 in the heart Bergland. Our home is centrally located to all of the amenities and outdoor adventures you're looking for! We provide a complete list of amenities and outdoor recreational details in our digital house manual/guidebook!

~The Bergland Bay Bar, Trailside BBQ and Antonio's are all within walking distance of the home, but there are several more wonderful restaurants and bars within a very short drive.

~Snowmobile trails #1, #8 and #13 are all within a couple blocks of the home.

~The public boat launch is 3 blocks away.

~Lake Gogebic offers not only amazing fishing, but 2 very family friendly county parks.

~18 miles to Silver City and Lake Superior

~29 miles to Lake of the Clouds and the Porcupine Mountains



Getting Around:

The Maple Leaf Retreat is easily accessible by car, ATV or snowmobile, and the public boat launch is only a couple of blocks away! There is a two-car driveway for guests to use, as well as street parking during the summer months and in the back during winter months!



Other Things to Note:

Each Superior Getaways rental comes with a digital house manual/guidebook to share with the whole group and a damage protection plan. Enjoy peace of mind that your stay is protected from unexpected damage, without having to hassle with high security deposits!



We are happy to be a dog-friendly home, but all pets, including service animals, must be disclosed at booking or brought to our attention before check in. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $350 fee. If unauthorized pets are brought to our attention during a guests stay it will result in a $350 fee as well as termination of the remainder of the stay. Please let us know before you visit if you intend on bringing a pet.
