'This was the most luxurious stay ever! We were upgraded to a suite and it was a pleasant surprise! The beds turned down, breakfast in the room, and the absolute best bath soap ever were all excellent. The pillows and mattresses are to die for. The location was perfect and service top notch. Can’t recommend it enough!'

'I went for my 5 year anniversary and I can say that we loved our stay. The staff always made sure we were well accommodated from the moment before we arrived to the inn until the very last day. 'Nice hotel for the area, but I wasn’t thrilled with the rooms based on the price I paid. The bathrooms have a sliding door with no privacy—you can see through the sides and basically see everything—and there’s only one small towel holder. The staff was great, and it’s super easy access to Canal St; Bourbon St is within walking distance. Overall, nice lobby, but I feel like I overpaid. '

'This place was beautiful and the photos don’t do it justice! We were right by everything in walking distance and the parking was right next door! The space was comfy and quiet! We parked and walked to all of our destinations! We definitely will come back to this place '

'The staff were always friendly. The property was clean and quiet! Centrally located. Each room has a kitchenette so there is no restaurant in the property. There is a convenience store in the lobby. There are 2 cafe's directly next door, Food and beverage are easy to get. Food can be ordered and delivered or leave a grocery list with the staff and they'll shop for you! We walked a few blocks away to a market and shopped for ourselves. Very easy!'

'Nice rooftop pool area and restaurant. Good space in the room/apartment, with a full kitchen. Bedroom had no window and was dark due to the layout of the building (a warehouse conversion). Carpet in the hallways was quite stained.'

'Spacious room with modern decor style throughout hotel. Excellent location and friendly staff. There were a couple minor things (missing drain stopper in sink, someone's leftover sandwich in mini-fridge, lack of a mirror near good lighting for make-up) but I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.'

'Net, schoon hotel midden in het centrum op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden. Valet parkeren dus geen parkeerproblemen. Vanwege de locatie natuurlijk wel gehorig maar voor ons niet storend. Dus als je centraal in New Orleans wilt zitten in een comfortabel hotel dan kan je dit hotel gerust boeken.'

'Very clean. Staff were very helpful. Great location and cool design. Getting in touch with staff prior to visit was a bit difficult. I was in room 213 and it was very loud throughout the night. My guest had no problem sleeping through the night but I was constantly waking up. Overall would rate 8/10'
