Nice hotel at a central spot in Bergamo. Always nice to be welcomed with a free drink. The room was clean and spacious enough. Breakfast was okay (no scrambled eggs, bacon or sausages).

Good business-like hotel
Great stay, Arli is in the middle of the city centre, restaurants and shops. There is a parking adjacent to the hotel. They have a wellness centre, but I did not have the time to enjoy that. Their breakfast is okay, enough to seat up in the morning in a good mood.

Great business type hotel in the centre of Bergamo
Great hotel in the middle of the new Bergamo city centre. All necessary amenities available, even single rooms for business travelers. The parking besides the hotel (be aware not under a roof) is not so expensive and close bye.The hotel breakfast and service is good. I can recommend this hotel.

Goede prijs kwaliteits verhouding. Net en goed hotel met erg vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt, zeker voor Italiaanse begrippen. Restaurants zitten op loopafstand. Betaalde parkeerplaats bij het hotel aanwezig. Erg goede en mooie locatie.

Midden in het mooie Bergamo!
Vanuit dit hotel waren we met z'n tweetjes overal erg dichtbij, makkelijk openbaar vervoer en dankzij de tips van het zeer vriendelijke personeel hebben we erg toffe dingen bezichtigd en gedaan. Een aanrader voor wie houdt van cultuur, gastronomie en wellness!

Nice modern hotel in downtown Bergamo
Great location near the central shopping area and not too far from the train station. It is also easy to get to the old town on the hill by 10min.walk to the cable car or by taking the bus all the way. The bus stop to station or airport is 2min. away so very convenient location when you want to travel further. Hotel itself was very nice. It was clean and modern and the staff all spoke good English. The rooms were also surprisingly modern for Italy. They even had duvet covers and not separate sheets and blankets. Big thumbs up for that!!! There is a spa in the hotel (which I did not have a chance to try) but the toiletries in the rooms are from their spa range. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Free wifi worked well. I would definitely stay here again!

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo
Staff molto cordiale, hotel pulito, buona la colazione, posizione ottima, vicino alla stazione, 10/15 minuti a piedi, e in pieno centro. A due passi, si trova inoltre la fermata dell'autobus con cui raggiungere comodamente Bergamo alta.

hi the property is in a great location however the room was cold most of the time we had a few issues with the heating in the room and had to keep it on all day for the room to stay warm on a night time the ceilings are very high and the heat fan is it at the top of the ceiling so its very hard to keep the rooms warm, i booked a session in the spa and there was some confusion over the time so i only had 1hr not my full 1 and a half i explained this to the staff but they offered no refund, apart from the heat in the room and the mix up with the spar the hotel was ok, the breakfast was advertised as having an english option but we never got it or offered to us this was a bit missleading.apart from the above great location thou. thank you.

Una buona scelta
La posizione è ideale, a pochi minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria e degli autobus, vicino a fermate di autobus per città alta, a strade commerciali e di piacevole passeggio. Personale gentilissimo, cena al ristorante molto gradevole, camera accogliente. Gli unici nei: l'impossibilità di aprire la finestra ad abbaino (mi piace sempre l'aria...)e la mancanza del prezzo delle bottigliette d'acqua nel frigo della camera. Però, sono stata bene!

Great location but expensive, unavailable spa.
Location is this hotel's greatest quality, it's based in the centre of lower Bergamo which makes it very convenient. It's advertised as a wellness hotel but no where in the booking process did it mention that the spa has to be booked in 1.5 hour slots and costs €45 a time. When I arrived it was already fully booked. The receptionist was unhelpful and likened it to using the restaurant, saying that you have to pay for food. I tried to explain that a spa hotel charging for the hotel was a completely different matter. The room was comfortable, if a little dated. They were cleaned well and there was a large selection of toiletries. The shower leaked as the door didn't closed properly and the fridge made a noise all night which made it hard to sleep. I was offered a welcome drink, which was a nice touch, and it included snacks.

Muito boa localização
Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo de todos os tipos de lojas, restaurantes, bares e dos principais pontos turísticos. Atendimento simpático e atencioso. A única coisa que não é tão confortável, é que para utilizar o ar condicionado, é necessário pedir a recepção do hotel.

Hotel idealement situé. Proche des lieux de visite, des restaurants et autres. Chambre spacieuse et très calme. Meme si l'hôtel serait un peu a rafraîchir, l'accueil est exceprionnel. Le personnel est vraiment top.
