« We enjoyed our stay at this clean, convenient property! The location was perfect for exploring Fayetteville and Bentonville. Having both Hugo’s and the Little Bread Company so nearby was awesome. The property is very small and the stairs may be daunting for those with mobility issues, but they were not an issue for us. Free parking behind the property was never a problem midweek in the summer. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We’d stay again. »

« Check in was very easy and everything we needed was in the kitchen. Very clean and in a very secluded area. Lots of interactions with the host. Left us coupons to use at local Steakhouse. Great rib-eye! Gave us lots of info on different Antique shops to check out and info about downtown Bentonville Arkansas.Will definitely stay again next year. This is a place you want to stay!! »

« Very pleased with our stay. Location provides easy access to the bustle of Bentonville, yet in a quieter neighborhood. Owners were quickly responsive and helpful. The layout is good, it's well stocked, the furniture is comfortable, the shower is superb and the outdoor space is quite pleasant. We definitely plan to return next year for the annual event we enjoy. »

« We absolutely loved our stay at this Vrbo! The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, but tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. « Very nice place. Really loved the updates and decor. It has everything you need for a great weekend. It would be a stretch for 4 adults to stay there, but 2 adults and 2 kids would work well. Very close to downtown, and in cooler months we would have walked. »

« This was a great little place just minutes from Bentonville square. All conveniences (gas, groceries, things to do) are just minutes away. Even though close to downtown, we didn't hear the traffic like I thought we would. The house must be well insulated! »

« I typically stay at the Embassy when I am traveling to that area but decided to try something different. I would totally recommend this Condo if your wanting more of a home away from home experience even if it's just a night or two. »

Loved the amenities, the location, and the very convenient guest guide that was available to me on my phone. The host Misty was also very communicative and responded quickly.
