'I stayed in one of the updated modern rooms which was spacious, very clean, filled with light and nice decor with plenty of shelving. Was surprised to see a large-larger than normal mini fridge. Also enjoyed the shower head. The location was very central, in the centre of the charming village, opposite the pub.'

'It was a comfortable stay and reasonably priced for the Southern Highlands'

'Recently refurbished, the property was originally built back in 1928 and, whilst modest, has character. It is idreally situated on the edge of town, with extensive views over the golf course. The bedrooms are small but more than adequate, with comfortable beds and upgraded ensuites with good showers. There is a comfortable lounge area and bar and an attractive dining room, used for breakfast (included in the room rate) and for dinner at Ethos, the acclaimed resturant, one of Bowral's finest....

Close to the town 10 to 15 min walk. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. All the beverage and dining facilities in the club house were very good.'
