Our beautiful 2200 sq/ft Westside neighborhood home is just minutes from the best of Westside offerings; NW Crossing, restaurants, Downtown, and lots of excellent outdoor trails- right from our front door. Newly furnished, very clean and fully accommodated with everything you need to a perfect quiet getaway! Ideal for families and groups wanting to enjoy the Westside and be away from the party scene and noise of downtown Bend. Comfortably sleeps up to 8.

Three bedroom house includes large primary bedroom on the main floor with king bed, private bath, walk-in closet. Two large upstairs bedrooms each with queen beds. One of the queen bedrooms also has a trundle bed with two twins. House has two full baths and one half bath.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need, including blender, coffee maker and French press, slow-cooker, waffle iron, popcorn maker.

Large living room with open floor plan, family room with smart TV. A large collection of games, puzzles, and DVDs.

Back deck with outside dining and gas grill.

No RV or Trailer parking. No Smoking anywhere on premises. Priced for 4 guests-additional $25/night per guest over 4 guests.

Well behaved dogs welcome. NO CATS or other animals. Dogs must be kept off of furniture and bedding. 10 min walk to Overturf off-leash dog park.

There is a 5 night minimum-stay the during spring break and holidays.

Exceptional House

This is our go to house to stay in when we come to Bend. The owners are easy to communicate with, the house is in a central location and you will not find a more comfortable, clean and fully stocked house. The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchen's we have ever stayed at, it's like your own house. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. You won't be disappointed when you stay here.

Great home and location!

Loved this space! Plenty of room for out two kids and is during spring break. Lovely layout of the home with all the amenities you need to cook, etc., comfortable beds. Close to town yet in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

This house is in a great location - easy access to the ski mountain road as well as easy access to downtown and other commercial areas. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The house is well-furnished and is accurately portrayed in the listing.

Amazing location, great stay!

The house was very well laid out and comfortable for our two families with kids to stay for several nights. Plus the location could not be beat! We were close to great food (including the amazing Sparrow Bakery!) and brew pubs as well as downtown Bend and attractions. Best of all, just up the block is a trail that leads up to a dog park and amazing views of the mountains. The communication from Larry and Karen was very clear and check in/check out was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, every need thought of!

Our family was fortunate to spend Christmas at this wonderful house. The space was perfect for us to gather, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for preparing our Christmas Eve dinner. Check in was a breeze. The location is fantastic; quiet neighborhood adjacent to the NW Crossings shopping/dining, and a couple minutes from restaurants, groceries, and downtown. Beds were extremely comfortable. Highly recommended and hope to return!

Awesome Location

This was our fourth time staying here. Absolutely love the house and location. House is well stocked and is in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Love that it's so close to everything and also has a really nice off leash dog park just minutes away. You can't go wrong staying here.

Cascade 100 vacation stay.

Perfect location for a Cascade 100 runner and his crew. Easy to get around Bend from this address. Loved walking the area and Sparrow Bakery only a quick 1.4 mile walk. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Everything you need in a home-away-from-home in desirable West Bend: Large rooms, comfortable furniture, well-equipped kitchen, deck with a nice view and a large grill, easy access to everything in Bend, etc. Enjoyed the deer family that visited every morning.

Wonderful home and location!

This is a beautiful home with a great layout. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The tv area was located away from the living room, so one can have quiet time by the fireplace while others watched tv. There was even a dog bed in the living room. Very thoughtful. The house is located in a wonderful neighborhood of Bend where stores, a park and restaurants are just a short walk away. The owner was quick to respond to all our questions and needs, both before and during our stay. The instructions for check-in, check-out and house access were very clear. There is a binder in the house with many useful suggestions about hikes, restaurants, etc. Overall, a fantastic stay in Bend!

Perfectly Located

This was our third time staying at this property and this house never disappoints. House was sparkling clean and had everything we needed. The house is in a quiet centrally located neighborhood, the neighbors are always very friendly and you are walking distance to lots of restaurants, breweries and shopping. Great Christmas stay

Clean, well appointed house is perfectly located for exploring Bend. It's close to downtown as well as the restaurants, stores and brewpubs on Galveston and in Northwest Crossing. It's also close to Mt. Bachelor and the excellent trail system on the westside of Bend.
