Another large King size master on the main floor. with wonderful walk in shower. Upstairs a master with two queens and a trundle, then a full queen master that shares a bath room with an adjoining "party room" including 2 TWIN bunk beds. This room has a large couches, gaming table, wet bar, refrigerator, microwave, and 65" HD TV, with Sony and Nintendo gaming consoles.

This is a splendidly spacious 4300 square foot retreat of comfortable amenities. Sunstone is a cook's dream with professional grade appliances, well-appointed kitchen and finishes that are breathtaking. Thermador refergerator and stove. Melie coffee maker, ice machine. two dishwasers and a wine refrigerator. Pantry stocked full of appliances, extra serving items, and kitchen supplies.

Gather in the generous Great Room for games, cocktails or your favorite movies. Sunstone offers 9 Televisions complete with a 75", and 65" HD Tvs, including Apple TV, Sonos system and speakers throughout house and high speed Wifi. Big dining table for eating and playing games. Washer and Dryer inside and another set in gargage. Extra Refrigerator in garage for drinks and overflow of food.

Take your party outside in a wonderful private setting and green space. Enjoy the comfortable furnishings, under a heated covered patio while snuggling up to the fireplace and watching your favorite TV show with a complete gourmet grill and hot tub. All in a forest-like setting. If you must work, go back inside and catch your breath in a quiet private office setting. Furnished with copy/fax/scanners, monitors, and desk. Only steps away from family and friends. Multiple bikes, Ping Pong table ,and other games included in garage.

This vacation oasis is conveniently close to Mount Bachelor, Cascade Lakes or the Deschutes River access. Cycle miles of bike trails with bikes provided. Mt Bachelor resort is fabulous for downhill skiing, nordic, snowshoeing, dog sledding, etc in winter, and summer has zip lines, hiking, mountain biking, and evening dining at the upper lodge.

Guests of Sunstone Retreat enjoy QUARRY POOL rental passes allowing access to the Quarry Infinity pool right on the LAKE with a slide, outdoor hot tubs and kids area. There is tennis/pickleball courts , fitness center and kid play areas. The new Lake House Restaurant will serve food and drinks at the pool or lake front. Miles of walking and biking paths and multiple parks provide activities for everyone.

As Sunstone Retreat guests, you can also enjoy access to many amenities (both free and fee based) at Sunriver Resort. Outdoor summer concerts, Ice Skating, horseback riding, tennis, Pickleball, golf, restaurants, Sage Springs Spa, Sharc Aquatics Center and Shuttle Service to the Mountain, just to name a few. We are NOT part of Sun River Real estate and your stay WILL NOT include access to SR amenities including Caldera Links, kayaks on lake, Cove pool, and the new Forest House facility opening in summer 2024. We do not charge a large Resort fee like the SR home rentals. Check your charge details to compare. The Quarry Infinity Pool, with a kids slide on the Lake will be warm and inviting with less crowds than other pools in the area for 2024+. Pool drinks and food from shore shack, cushion chairs, lake view, lots of umbrellas and two hot tubs.
