Confortable et calme appartement 1 chambre à quelques pas du parc Drake

Construit en 1919 la propriété fonctionnait à l'origine comme une maternité. Soumis à plusieurs rénovations au cours des années, la maison contient maintenant plusieurs charmants appartements 1 chambre. Cette grande unité de coin a un lit queen et le canapé se transforme en un lit confortable dans le salon. Idéal pour un couple ou quelques amis profitant de tout ce que Bend a à offrir. L'unité n'est pas climatisée mais reste confortable même les jours les plus chauds. Beaucoup de fenêtres et de ventilateurs de plancher et de plafond permettent à l'air de circuler. Des tubes pour flotter le Deschutes ainsi que 2 vélos cruiser sont disponibles pour les invités. Carport couvert pour le stationnement arrière. Pour être respectueux des autres locataires, les fêtes bruyantes ne seront pas tolérées. Cet appartement peut servir de débordement pour le Cottage sur Kansas, qui est la maison d'hôtes privée sur les lieux qui peuvent accueillir 5-6. Animaux interdits.

Beautiful Bend OR Neighborhood Getaway

Beautiful spacious residence in well kept craftsman homes neighborhood with blossoming tree lined sidewalks next to lovely verdant chill park. Locals walking their dogs / pushing strollers, laughing, having fun, saying hello in a friendly manner with easy access to everything needed, (*5 min drive from “Spork” restaurant with BEST green curry I’ve Ever had amidst a lifetime of world travel!). Well appointed with amenities, (like throw blankets to snuggle up with while watching large screen TV), that make it feel like being “home” away from home! Grateful to have been held in such an uplifted nourishing space of respite before pushing on to another 8 hrs of driving back to Sonoma County. Would definitely stay here again next time I am in Bend!

Great stay in Bend

The location and property are ideal for exploring all that Bend has to offer. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Also it was very quiet and situated in a beautiful neighborhood. We had a problem with the internet/tv for the majority of our stay which I’m sure will be remedied for any future guests.

Great location!

Great location right across from the river and walkable to old bend restaurants/ shops. The home is multiple rentals but we never heard any noise from other guests. Loved that we had a parking spot and loved the history of the building. One thing to note is its window unit AC and there is not a unit in the actual bedroom so it can get a little warm. There’s one in the hallway outside the bedroom. And it’s baseboard heaters. I think that’s a pretty typical set up in Oregon but just FYI. Loved bend!

Historic Drake Location

Historic location right in the middle of old town Bend.. Walk to downtown, mill district, beautiful neighborhood, perfect location. Multi tenant worked out great. Wouldn’t have known that anybody else was there.

Cute place in central bend

Wonderful little place centrally located within easy walking distance of everywhere we wanted to be. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean, everything was pretty great. The one problem was that the front room's pull out bed didn't want to pull out and made a bit more noise than the down stairs neighbor appreciated, but that was a minor inconvenience to an otherwise perfect stay.

Clean, comfortable, quiet apartment in a great location. The two bikes were a bonus; we really enjoyed cycling along the Deschutes River trail. Bend is great, we would love to visit again and if available would choose this apartment.

Great location! Great property!

We loved our stay! This house was perfect for my husband and I who were visiting friends in Bend. Loved to be able to walk everywhere and the park right across the street on the river is beautiful. The house had everything we needed, and more! Laura was super responsive and very helpful. Only downside is the small bathroom (which I think from previous review, they plan to remodel), but it was actually okay for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Terrific property on a quiet street, next to Drake Park and walking distance to downtown, we loved it! Stayed two nights to explore Bend and the surrounding area. The bikes were great, good quality and condition for exploring the Deschutes River Trail! Well appointed kitchen, spacious living area, very comfortable bedroom. Yes, the bathroom was a bit cramped, but not a deal breaker for us. Appreciated being able to do our laundry. We will definitely recommend this property to others!

Great place and location

I just had an overnight, but found this apartment to be a great space. Spacious front room, with well situated dining and kitchen spaces. Helpful attention to providing items that support your stay. Wonderful location across from Drake Park, which makes it convenient to downtown and only a mile from the amphitheater, with a scenic river walk on the way there.

Amazing weekend

The home is an amazing property. So close to everything, clean, comfortable and great communication before and during our stay. The bikes were a great addition (as we did not have a car). We rode all over town and enjoyed the river trail. We would definitely stay again.
