Location Highlights —
Head out to explore Bend's trail network only minutes away, with miles of world-class hiking and mountain biking. Summer days call for a slow float down the Deschutes River, and winter brings fresh turns at Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort. The restaurants of NorthWest Crossing, including The Grove, RBC, La Rosa Mexican Kitchen, and Bend Pizza Kitchen, are an easy walk away, while downtown Bend's shops, dining, and riverside energy are a 10-minute drive.

Discovery Corner Plaza —
Each residence sits above Discovery Corner, a neighborhood plaza inspired by a traditional European square, so morning coffee, local flavor, and a bit of community life are right outside your door. The plaza is open to the public and gathers around a central fire pit, surrounded by a growing collection of local businesses. Start your morning with Sparrow Mercado's signature Ocean Rolls, book a class at Form Pilates, unwind at Annan Salon, or visit Put A Cork In It wine bar. Stock up on provisions at Locavore at Discovery West, a local food marketplace (opening late fall 2026). As an Aerie Residences guest, you'll also receive complimentary discounts and offers ("Discovery Perks") to use at participating plaza businesses.
