THE APARTMENT

Completely renovated in 2024, Perla Negra is truly a home away from home, with everything you need to enjoy the best vacation.

The apartment features a spacious living room/kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto an open-concept dining area that separates the kitchen from the large living room. The entire front of Perla Negra (approx. 6 m) consists of a stunning floor-to-ceiling glass window, offering the most spectacular views of the coastline and picture-perfect sunsets.

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, and a wide variety of utensils and small appliances.
The living-dining room features a 3-seater sofa (which also doubles as a double sofa bed), a 65-inch smart TV, and a dining area that seats 5 people.

The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a double bed, individual air conditioning, and ceiling fans for warm summer nights. The master bedroom overlooks the beach where it’s located (La Perla Beach) and kilometers of coastline—perfect for falling asleep lulled by the sound of the waves breaking just a few meters below on the beach.

There is also a fully equipped bathroom with a double sink for couples and a fairly spacious shower. There is also a walk-in closet on the property, separate from the bedrooms.

It is located on the fourth floor of the Perla Playa building, one of the few built directly on the beach along the Costa del Sol; The building, constructed adjacent to a cliff, has its entrance on the 7th floor and private access to the beach from the first floor. The building is situated in a small cove, with access almost exclusively through the building itself, since access from other points—such as neighboring beaches—is difficult, creating an almost private beach atmosphere. Private beaches don’t exist in Spain, but this one comes pretty close!

There is free parking in front of the building, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Likewise, if you can’t find a parking spot on your first try, there are plenty of free parking spaces along the entire coastline.

You’ll find restaurants and shops just 3 minutes away, in Torremuelle (a 10-minute walk). The property is ideally located between Benalmádena and Fuengirola, allowing you to reach Fuengirola’s wide range of leisure options (restaurants, a variety of bars, and unparalleled nightlife) in just 10 minutes by car.

THE LOCATION

The apartment is located on a nearly private street in Torremuelle. You’ll find small supermarkets and a variety of restaurants just a 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk away.

Benalmádena Costa is just a 5-minute drive away, and the city of Fuengirola and Benalmádena Pueblo are a 10-minute drive away.

Fuengirola is one of the largest urban centers on the entire Costa del Sol and boasts hundreds of bars and restaurants, as well as a vibrant nightlife.

Benalmádena Costa has twice been recognized as the Best Marina in the World; it features countless boutiques and places to eat and drink, as well as one of the best aquariums on the entire coast, where visitors can admire specimens of the region’s marine life.

Benalmádena Pueblo is a traditional white Spanish village, nestled in the mountains, with spectacular views of the entire coastline, home to the largest stupa in Europe and a butterfly garden that holds the title of Europe’s largest space dedicated to butterflies.

A little further away, a 15-minute drive away, is Mijas Pueblo, and Marbella is also just a 30-minute drive away.
