Pool & seaviews, 2 mins walk to marina/beach

This lovely property has seaviews and an ideal location for staying in Benalmadena. You can relax with a drink on the terrace and enjoy the fantastic views, after a day at the beach.

The apartment is very cosy and has a great layout. It consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed 150cm, and one wth 2 x inidvidual beds, a living room, dining area seating 4 and kitchen. There's also a lovely communal pool, and garden, & a smaller childrens pool too.

The pool is large, has seaviews and a lifeguard on duty. it is open from June until September (contact us for exact dates). There is even a snack bar/restaurant on-site, so you can easily stop for food or drinks without even leaving the complex!

The terrace has a small bistro table and two chairs, also there are 4 additional chairs for seating more guests. The balcony has sliding, glass panelled walls (glass curtains) which can be pushed wide open to enjoy the sun in warmer months, or closed to continue to enjoy the balcony, even in the winter.

There is also a second small terrace on the side, but there is no seating there, it's handy for hanging towels, laundry or storing anything you need.

The apartment has been thoughfully fitted, to make it homely and comfortable at all times of year. The beds are new, with new mattresses and bedding (May 2025), there is a new Dolce Gusto machine and we provide coffee too :)

The location is perfect - just a short walk from one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol, the marina, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, taxi stops, and bus stops. There are also many attractions in the area and we can provide recommendations to help make your stay as great as possible!
