The villa is laid out on a single floor and offers a total relaxation experience in a sophisticated and welcoming setting. From the entrance hall, you enter a spacious and bright living room with high ceilings, a fireplace, television, tasteful decor, and large bookshelves filled with all kinds of books. From here, you have direct access to a semi-covered terrace with an outdoor dining area that includes a barbecue, as well as chill-out style sofas—ideal for outdoor lunches or dinners with views of nature.

The indoor dining room is separate, and the rustic yet functional open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with gas hobs, oven, microwave, fridge with built-in water and ice dispenser, freezer, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.

The villa has 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, all with direct access to the garden and outdoor views. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, multiple wardrobes, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a bathtub overlooking the garden, a separate shower, double sinks, and a closed-off area with toilet and bidet. The second bedroom includes two single beds, an armchair, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub-shower combo. The third bedroom comes with a queen-size bed, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub-shower combo.

There is also a lounge/office space with a desk, chair, lamp, bookshelf with books, and a sofa bed (which can serve as an additional bedroom), along with a guest toilet.

The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Outside, you’ll find a private pool with stunning mountain views, sun loungers, and a covered chill-out porch area with sofas, a bar-style counter equipped with a sink, storage cabinet, and fridge—perfect for outdoor gatherings.
