Relaxing and fun visit!

We loved the loft vacation rental right in the heart of Bemus Point. We didn't know it was also the Fall Fest weekend which was delightful! The host/owner, Ken, kindly shared a lovely bottle of Chardonnay which we enjoyed right upon checkin at sunset on the porch. We enjoyed having our little dog with us and the perfect amenities with fully stocked kitchen and bathroom on a relaxing weekend trip!

Wonderful!

We had the best time at Ken's suites in Bemus Point. Perfect location, clean, and comfortable. Ken was an amazing host with great knowledge and very kind! Restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. We can not wait to go back and will always stay at The Suites!!!

Perfect location, even in the early off-season.

Location is perfect for walking distance to restaurants and shops, a lovely little town. The rental was centrally located yet private and quiet. It was well stocked and the decor was very nice. Ken, the owner, was extremely kind. He let us walk through his other rentals and I would rent any one of them again in the future.

Cozy loft, great for our little weekend fall getaway to beautiful Bemus Point. Easy check in/out process. Clean, quiet, my allergies could have done without the fresh flowers but it was a nice touch either way. :)

My wife and I stayed with our pup for our anniversary. Great loft with lots of room. Nice and clean. Walkable to lots of restaurants. We met the owner as well. Super friendly and helpful. We hope to be back next year.

Short get-a-way

Some internet issues but a quick walk to dinner and in the morning it was fixed! What a beautiful little town! Glad we came off season bc we don’t like crowds and we heard it is very crowded in the summer! Enjoyed it very much and will be back when the kids go back to school!

Absolutely Wonderful!

Our stay in Bemus Point, Lake Chautauqua was wonderful! The suites were in the perfect location to enjoy all that the Lake Life had to offer. Host Ken was delightful with easy lock box entry and answered all of our questions. He even offered us a boat ride. Walking distance to all the BEST Bars & Restaurants. Highly recommended, we will be back!

Wonderful stay and community

We stayed here to watch the eclipse and were pleasantly impressed by the accommodations as well as the community. This is a community with a small town feel and warm and friendly small town welcome. The accommodations exceeded our expectation with a wonderful deck with gas fire pit/table as well as patio table and chairs. The amenities were also very lovely with a chilled bottle of wine and filtered chilled water pitcher in the fridge. I am forgetting to mention the coffee choices we enjoyed as provided for use with the “Krueger” coffee maker. Also loved the sense of privacy the 2nd floor room and deck offered. The single concern regarding temperature control (could not locate the thermostat) was addressed immediately when we made outreach. We would not hesitate recommending this place to our closest friends and family.

Adorable place and awesome host

We loved our visit to Bemus Point and our stay at Ken's loft. The pictures are accurate, but probably don't do the space justice. It's so cute and the little touches made it super cozy (great couch, soft blankets, space heater, which we didn't need, but was nice to have). We're close to retirement and the space really redefined for us what we might need to be comfortable! Ken was a wonderful host, stopping by to greet us (with our permission, which was unnecessary, but still very gentlemanly!). He shared the history of the home, let us know some great recommendations for food (The Pub... and beef on Weck, yum!) and things to do (Panama Rocks and other things), and graciously gave us access to our space through the unoccupied apartment below, which was helpful. [Otherwise, we just had to go around the outside/back of house; not an insurmountable obstacle!] The apartment below was adorable, too. Location was incredible, though I suspect when the town is booming, might be a little congested for some. We loved being in the thick of it! Lake is RIGHT there. The Lake Life cafe was really nice, good coffee and food; and we got some great plants there to commemorate our trip. The See-Zhur House was a pleasant surprise.... really delicious fish and chips. The Fish... not so much! To waste that location with icky beer taps and just not a great experience... sad. We also went to Alpacaville, which i highly recommend. Short drive from Ken's and the owner, Sam, was a delight! The alpacas were adorable and the onsite shop with warm, soft alpaca gear was awesome! We hadn't been to Bemus Point before, but would definitely return.... and definitely stay with Ken!

I’m sure the loft is lovely in the warner months, but it should not be rented in the winter months, not when there is any snow on the ground. The problem is that deck and stairs also serve as a fire escape should there be a fire in the lower units. There was at least 12-18 inches of snow and ice packed on the deck which prevented the exit door from being opened more than 1-2 inches. At 3 am when I realized my family would be trapped like rats in the event of a fire in the lower units, I got dressed and went out in 10-degree weather to clear the backdoor while my wife pushed from the inside. The kitchen pipes froze. I could not figure out how to get live tv. I texted the owner who had the nerve to tell me I would have to subscribe to a tv service or go across the street to a bar and watch the game. #1 – I already subscribe to DirecTV, but his TV did not have that app available #2 I just paid several hundred dollars to spend time with my family in a loft, not to run out to a bar in the cold. All the loft needed was a $15 tv antenna. I NEVER have to worry about having live tv at hotel. Never! The loft itself is very nice – great location and the wifi and heating worked well. The shower was terrible - no pressure. But the loft was very clean and neat and frankly night #2 was very pleasurable after I had the backdoor cleared and I could sleep easy because my family was no longer trapped. And I bought a $18 Roku, so I could use the Directv app to watch the Bills game.

Easy weekend getaway

The property looks just like the pictures: open and clean and light. The small kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. It has a nice, private deck. This was our first time in Chautauqua and the studio was in a convenient location for exploring the area. Ken was friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again

Lovely property, conveniently located, very clean and well maintained.

Enjoyed our stay , only down side was the stairs and the close approximation to the fire station as the alarms went off whenever they left the fire house. Made for a startled sit up in the middle of the nights. Lol.

Chautauqua in the Winter

Our loft was the perfect spot to safely book a getaway without a long drive from home. The weather was chilly but the lake and parks are easily accessible by foot or a short drive. Our host left us a fully stocked unit and was there to greet us upon arrival. We appreciated suggestions for meals and excursions. We found the merchants to be friendly and helpful. We would return to this rental in the future.

Great Place & Location

The carriage loft was clean and spacious. It was supplied with everything necessary. Restaurants within walking distance. Lake just down the street. Lots of cute towns nearby to visit. Ken was awesome and available. He gave many recommendations. We even met him for dinner one night. He’s great! Highly recommended!
