'Check in was flawless. Any question through WhatsApp answered immediately. The location is nice and quick but only 5 minutes from the beach , shops en restaurants. The few from the veranda’s is breathtaking. The swimming pool large and beautiful located. The inland’s beautiful green, and deserted. Fantastic views.'

'We enjoyed our stay very much. In the beginning of our trip we noticed no pizza shuffle and not enough glasses. One question and the manager arranged to get it next day. There were some problems with city water. They switched the house on a well of 400m deep. No water problems anymore. Conclusion: great service and great house'

Wij hebben oudere kinderen in de leeftijd van 15 t/m 24 jaar die allemaal hun privacy nodig hebben wat in dit huis prima kan. Je hebt 2 badkamers wat ideaal is. 'Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es hat eine einmalige Lage, ein wundervoller Blick und ist super ruhig, es es sei denn die Nachbarn lassen es krachen. Man sieht dass das Haus schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel hat. Besonders im Bad an den Türen, die Fußleisten etc. Es bedurfte doch ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen, aber man arrangiert sich damit. 'A house with the garden right at the beach. Just open the gate and you are there. A perfect and unique beach holly day spot!! ( no plastic) We stayed there from 1 until 10 July, with 5 persons and loved it. Only Italian families on the beach and it seemed that we were the only foreigners. The house is big enough for 6 people, 2 big bedrooms and one smaller. It is well equipped with glasses, plates, pans, wash machine, etc etc. The 2 big bedrooms are facing the sea with a balcony. 'We had a great stay at this very private house right on the sea . Laura and Valerio were excellent hosts responding very quickly to any questions we had about restaurants , shops , groceries etc We were at the house Oct 18-22- its the end of season and hotels, ,restaurants etc are starting to close On Laura’s recommendation we drove into Diamante and enjoyed the shops, murals and restaurants there. The photos of the property on VRBO are very accurate and the house is very well maintained....

'Piero's beautiful villa was everything and more we dreamed of. He was such a gracious host willing to help us with anything. We noticed the pool pump had gone out and within 24 hours on a Sunday he had it replaced and working again. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to get away and still be close to local businesses and restaurants. I cannot say enough about what an amazing time we had and how incredible the villa and the views were.'

'Our group totaly 16 people stayed in this beautifull villa one week (7-14. July 2018) and we realy enjoy the each single day in this villa on the coastline. Especialy the children like it very much because the nice and clear sea is just few steps away just with few people on the beach so realy perfect place for the family holiday. 'Welcomed by Anna and her husband, who picked me up at the train station, when I arrived in Guardia Piemontese. The house was lovely, immaculate with everything you needed for a longer stay. Has a lovely back yard, lovely garden and outdoor shower. My stay was very relaxing due it’s country atmosphere.
