'No window lock on ground level room'

'The room wasn’t cleaned upon arrival. The toilet was dirty and there were hairs all over the bed. The backside of the building had a broken door and had people from a next door club hanging around staring at people.'

'Hot tub is barely hot, ripped carpeting, dated bathrooms and older mattresses; however, rooms are clean, staff is friendly, and there’s a free hot breakfast included. Oh, and sauna, although old, is a nice relaxing event.'
