Spacious beach house 1.5 blocks to the beach on Silver Lake with spectacular lake views from many rooms and ocean views from the large 2nd floor deck and some rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

This gem is a beautiful Victorian home, a true one of a kind in Belmar! This is a great family oriented neighborhood.

WE DO NOT RENT TO YOUNG GROUPS!! Prefer age minimum of at least 30 years old (we require proof of age).

Walk into the front door and you enter our spacious living room (with pull out sofa) and big flat screen tv. You overlook the dining room which is open and sits 6 people comfortably. From the dining room you view the great kitchen with granite counter tops and gas stove for those who love to cook.

The true gem on the first floor is the wrap around deck with views of Silver Lake. One of the best spots in the house to relax and unwind!

2nd floor features 3 bed rooms and 2 full bathrooms. The first bedroom is huge and has a queen bed with a door onto the second floor deck which has stunning ocean views. While lying in bed you also have views of Silver lake. The second bedroom has a full bed and you also enjoy views of the lake. The third bedroom is also very large and has a queen bed and its own private newly updated bathroom which is huge and has a stand up shower and separate soaking tub. There is also a very large full bathroom in the hallway on the 2nd floor.

The third floor has 2 rooms, one with a queen bed and an open room (no door) with a day bed that opens to 2 twin or 1 king. There is a flat screen TV in this room if you just want to use it as a hang out space or kids’ corner/room.

Our favorite spots for sure are the gorgeous wrap around decks with views of Silver Lake and the ocean. This space is ideal for reading a book or enjoying a beverage. There is also an outside shower at this house. You get 4 beach passes and beach chairs with this rental.

RATES/AVAILABILITY: Winter rental available (would do monthly, weekly, bi-weekly, weekend, etc). Summer season weekly Saturday to Saturday in July/August. We also do weekend rentals all months EXCEPT July and August.

Laundry is on the first floor and 3 Flat screen TV's are in the house. The driveway holds up to three cars. Sheets/towels are NOT included but can be rented from a local company. We provide pillows, quilts, and blankets. Included in the summer rental are four beach badges and some beach chairs. Please see our other listing in Belmar (VRBO # 374178).
