'The hotel is very well maintained with a nice rooftop bar/restaurant. You can see Bryant Denny from there as well as downtown Tuscaloosa. Location was great for downtown Tuscaloosa, you can easily walk to restaurants and shops. Staff was welcoming and nice. Answered our questions with a lot of info. Has valet parking but we didn't need it for a June visit. Short drive to UofA campus, but probably not walkable.'

'The property has some potential, but the rooms could be cleaner, the pool was dirty, was never cleaned in four days. The air conditioner was super loud and rattling. There was guys outside smoking weed and drinking. There was smoke in the hallway. The front desk staff in the afternoon shift was in sweatshirt and sweat pants. Breakfast never changes it’s the same everyday, tasted like it was left over and reheated several times!'
