'Excellent staff and cleanliness. Tasty and huge portioned breakfast. Just need better water temperature control in the shower as water gets either too hot or too cold without changing the shower knob position.'

'Its good and clean'

'Pleasant staff. Adequate breakfast.'

'Convenient especially if it's for a big family/group, close to the stores and a few minutes walk to mines view park. Almost everything was provided except for personal hygiene, but conveniently there are stores around the area and even within the bldg, and there's also a 711 just a few minutes walk. The staffs are very respectful as well, highly recommended.'

'Clean room and hallway. The food was okay. Nothing special and I think it is kinda overpriced compared to outside restaurants. The staffs are very polite and some are shy. I do want to address an issue because I sent a message to their messenger during the stay but no response at all.'

'Neat hotel near the center of Baguio. All in all maybe not that special, but the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. For the price definitely worth staying there.'

'Conditions of room is poor!'

'Everyone is so great and I enjoyed our stay. The only thing that bothers me is the floor is not level and squeaky. Also the bathroom sink was clogged. We stayed for 2 nights and we had Natalia room.'

'Het bed was kapot en aan elkaar vast met plastic en planken kei hard. De vloer had vlekken. Werd beloofd uitzicht over de stad keken tegen een blinde muur. De heele nacht en ochtend lawai van het alarm van een auto die om de 10 min of minder afging...geen leuk verblijf.'

'Clean room and spacious'

'I will definitely go back to this place when I am in town. Very solemn, lots of plants around the hotel itself. View is breathtaking.'

'Needs music in lobby and dining areas'

'Staff are all excellent '

'The hotel is not bad. The room my fiance and I got wasn't terrible. It was clean, no need for aircon, the fan kept our room cool. It would've been great if our room had internet, be advised, NO INTERNET IN ALL ROOMS. For the price we should at least have wifi, no one wants to sit in a hallway or lobby just to connect to wifi. I will say the place feels ancient. Like the 2nd floor outside area geels ligeless. The hround floor lobby was not too bad but the rest of the building felt like it was...

'In itself a fine hotel but it is a bit outdated. The room is spacious and equipped with the basic things. Breakfast was unfortunately not a success. There were few options and you have to wait a long time before you have a place to sit. '

'The host are accommodating, we arrived at the CV transient around 1am, they let us check in still (we late due to our schedule availability and travel schedule). The place is simple, what you see is what you get. There is a fan in the room, you won't need AC since the temperature in Baguio is cold. Cons: The water heater is not working all the way through it will be hot for like a minute and then it's gonna be cold again, hopefully this will be fixed either way the place is good.'
