The room is not the best, but it wasn’t uncomfortable, the thing that I did not like was that you don’t have control over the AC, the room was super cold and I had to go to the lobby to talk to somebody so they could control the temperature, there are no phones inside of the room so you cannot call reception, I had to go down and talk to them, I did not like that whatsoever
The staff is friendly, there was a problem with the rooms and when I got to the hotel after a long days traveled, I was told that I didn’t have a room and I was being sent to another hotel, I book this hotel because I needed to be on a train by 8 AM and it was close to the train station, they told me I was gonna be sent to a hotel 30 minutes away, and that a taxi was gonna pick me up the next morning to bring me back, they did give me breakfast at the other hotel, and I requested being taking back to the hotel and taken to the train station because it was something that was their fault not mine which the hotel staff agreed to,
