Step outside onto the expansive deck and take in unobstructed, 180-degree views of the glistening canal. The southern exposure provides all-day sun, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, and sunset dinners, enjoyed in the privacy of a fully fenced yard and deck. Just steps away, you’ll find 100 feet of private beachfront where you can harvest fresh oysters and clams, splash in the water, or simply watch eagles soar overhead and seals play offshore. An outdoor shower is conveniently located near the guest house.
We’re happy to welcome your well-behaved, house-trained, and flea-free dog(s) to our home! We just ask that they don’t bark excessively and that you clean up after them during your stay. Our small yard and back deck are fenced to help keep pets and children safe. However, please note there are small gaps between some fence boards—a determined small dog may be able to squeeze through. If you plan to take your pup to the beach, we highly recommend using dog boots, as sharp oyster shells can easily cut their paw pads.
Inside, the home features a warm and welcoming interior with vaulted ceilings, a cozy gas fireplace, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.
The sleeping arrangements include one private bedroom in the main house, a sleeper sofa in the living room, and a second private bedroom located in the detached guest house — offering flexibility and comfort for your group to unwind after a day of adventure. For added comfort, the home includes three overhead ceiling fans—one in the main bedroom, one in the living room, and one in the guest house.

This is a Guestworks unit. For any in-home guest issues, please contact the Local Host for the home and provide the guest with the Local Host’s contact information.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
