We enjoyed our time at this hotel very much. We appreciate the hospitality of all the personnel, the facilities in and outside the room, great breakfast lounge, food and breakfast crew, and the comfort throughout the hotel gave us a home worth feeling from start of our stay until the end. A small improvement would be the wifi dropouts from time to time in one of the rooms but this could be caused by being in a room edge of the building. And also several very short power cut offs which could be inherit to the city we were in. So overall a more than pleasant 2 weeks stay for us and a very deserved recommendation.

Nice hotel. Everything is in walking distance. The staff is really friendly. Too bad they don't mention that everyday except sunday, there are swimming lessons for kids in the pool.

Well located hotel both for business and leisure
Nice hotel with all services provided. Very nice staff from check in, at breakfast, housekeeping and at gym. Good breakfast and nice gym area. WiFi could improve in connectivity and speed but still sufficient. I stayed in many hotels in Beirut and this certainly is one of the better ones

A pretty hotel with kind personnel.
I stayed at the hotel for 6 days with my girlfriend. + The sleeping and bathroom where very clean. (Just like the whole hotel including swimming pool and gym) + The staff was friendly and helpful. (Valet parking was great) + My hotelroom had all the basics I needed. (AC, TV, plugs, sofa, table, mirror, ironing machine and drawers with hangings) ( p.s. I missed slippers and a bathrobe) - queens size bed for a couple wasn't comfortable. I advice Radisson to give every couple a kingsize bed. - Hairdryer was extremely old. Wasn't powerful and wasn't convenient. (Should be replaced everywhere asap) - The hotel rooms are outdated. They are the same like 15 years ago and should be replaced with new carpets, furniture and curtains. I advice Radisson to invest in a new look of the hotel rooms. Competition in Beyrut is growing so Radisson should invest in the styling of the rooms to stay on top of the game.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. The hotel is clean and inviting. I was disappointed that I didn’t have an option to have air conditioning (rather than heat) in my room - coming from a cold weather climate, I didn’t need heat in my room so I had to leave it off - but the room was very stuffy without any air moving. Breakfast buffet was great but not quite to the same level as my last stay. Overall, great experience.

Our stay at Radisson was pleasant but could have been better. The temperature in the rooms is very hot and we made this known multiple times. The hotel team said we they are currently out of season for AC meaning they cannot turn the AC on despite it being 19-21 degrees outside.

nice and friendly staff, the pool is clean and beautiful. the only thing is we chose a non-smoking room in a non-smoking floor but people in other rooms kept smoking and we got the smell from the ventilation system. the hotel changed out room , but the problem persisted. welcome to Lebanon!

The property is definitely older and aged, but I heard that's fairly common with most hotels in Lebanon. The staff were absolutely great, they made everything easy. There were some hiccups that I was sad about. 1) the irons were very old and not working well (the two we used at least) 2) no fridge in the executive room we were in 3) the blow drier was very old and barely had any kick to it. Overall I would recommend if you're on a budget but you might even be able to find something nicer on your budget. We did not eat in the mornings but did us the 24-7 room service and the food was always good.

Negatief: Staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The hotel needs maintenance in many areas, no views from any where, cozy rooms are like a mini cruise cabin, front desk guy who made a registration made many mistake, at check out didn’t know how make a refund. Mr Ali a Duty manager was exceptional. No plug in at night tables, walls need to be fixed, did not cover my expectations.
