« Hot tub and pool were very nice, the motel was clean & inside newly remodeled. Motel staff were excellent. We didn't realize that breakfast wasn't included, so we had to make other arrangements. We were not impressed with the attached bar/restaurant- prices were very high and selections were limited. »

« The staff were friendly and kind. However, the beds were not comfortable to sleep on. One bed frame was completely broken, and sticking out further then the bed. Staff simply put a blanket over it to cover the fact that it was sticking out, I ran my shin into the bed frame. Ouch! My friend also had to sleep on top of the pillows provided to get comfortable. The room could have been cleaner, along with the bathroom. Breakfast, included coffee, yogurt, soft frozen waffles, prepackaged boiled eggs...

« The bed was not very comfortable and we didn’t know the water park wasn’t open until Thursday luckily we stayed on a Wednesday night and didn’t have anywhere to be on Thursday so we were able to use the water park but it was definitely disappointing not having access to it on Wednesday evening liked we had planned. The staff was great and let us have a late checkout since we were in the area for an interview. It was a nice time all in all. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay at Country Inn & Suites in Albertville. The property was exceptionally well maintained, and the customer service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access from the highway, yet it offers a quiet, comfortable, and spacious atmosphere. There was ample parking, and all the amenities were clean and well cared for. Breakfast was fresh and offered a great variety of delicious options to suit different...

« This Americinn sadly needs updating. Our toilet rocked quite a bit, carpet snagged and stained in places, and room was overly perfumed. I was glad I brought my air purifier. Our bed had pilly sheets so we slept on top of the cover sheet instead of the bottom sheet. Dusting could have been done more thoroughly. Front desk staff was very friendly and pleasant. I hope they update soon with new carpet and better furniture. »
