« Stay was comfortable enough; coffee pot had not been cleaned, but room was otherwise clean and the towels are nice and plush. There was virtually no room in the bathroom for toiletries...and very little counter space in the kitchenette. The room was very warm at night for some reason. Bed comfort not great, but OK. No elevators if your room is on the second floor. »

« I was quite upset and very disappointed in the fact that I specifically booked a wheelchair accessible room only to be given a room that was on the second floor that had no elevator and had to go up and downstairs, and the room was not wheelchair accessible in the fact that the bathroom could never accommodate a wheelchair so I was quite upset as my husband wasn’t able to stay with us »

« Hotel tres sympa en bord de rivière et proche du centre-ville. Personnel charmant, piscine et jacuzzi super. Les biches se promènent le soir dans le jardin. Kitchenettes basiques mais efficaces. Tres bon rapport qualité/prix. Seul souci, leur WIFI qui est defaillant. »

« The Lodge has a great historical atmosphere and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful from checkin to checkout. We stayed in a wonderful room looking over the city and could hear the elks from the lobby. We wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the hotel more and its unique ambiance. »

« I should have asked if there was a wedding taking place the night I reserved. We were in a remodeled room on the second floor in the lodge and the band was so loud and it was like a thumping banging every 3 seconds (drum beat). This went on until after 10:30 at night and we had to be up for a 5:00 AM RMNP reservation. Then around 11 PM the people upstairs you could hear every time they walked across their room and they were loud. I was unable to fall asleep until midnight and I was in bed at...

« Super option pour une famille avec deux enfants : chambre spacieuse et confortable, très calme. L'hôtel est situé à 10mn en voiture des gates d'entrée au parc des Rocky Mountains. Petit dej pas génial, mais c'est souvent le cas dans les BW. »

« Pas tres loin du centre ville mais necessite l'utilisation de la voiture pour aller se restaurer. A dix minutes de voiture de l" entree du parc. Motel.familial. calme. »
