The room smelled like mold really bad and the breakfast was seriously lacking. We were put in the handicap room, and we are not handicap, so the the shower head was so low I basically had to do a back bend to rinse my hair. My flight was canceled the night we were supposed to get there so we paid for a night we werent even there. They were not reachable when we tried calling to inform them that we werent going to be able to check in the night we had planned. We called 20+ times hoping maybe we could get a refund for that first night, the phone was "unavailabe". Turns out the phone was put on some kind of setting, like do not disturb so no calls were going through....thankfully i prepaid so they couldnt give my room away.
