'We had a wonderful short stay and couldn’t have asked for better service. The staff were exceptional, incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond our expectations. I needed lactose-free milk for breakfast, and they actually went out to get it and had it back within minutes — such a thoughtful touch! The rooms and surrounding areas were spotlessly clean, and the whole place felt like the perfect little hideaway while still being close to all the great local spots. We loved every minute of our...

'We had really good stay. The property was fantastic with amazing views over the bay from the decking. Only downside was we had to provide our own towels & the tv constantly keep turning off. Other than that brilliant'

'Had to make a call on arrival to sort access codes… on arrival in my room, wasn’t really clean, under the bed hadn’t been cleaned for a long time, shower had just been used by someone, and the basement room 6 I had smelt musty… Property overall was in decent shape, but a lack of attention to detail…'

'The stairs were too steep and shallos'

'I stayed at the floating cabins for 2 nights and 1 in the hotel itself. All really good, the food, breakfast, the room, the gym. Enjoyed staying here and will make sure to book our staff in this hotel more often. '

'Well located - close to the beach, costal paths and Tenby is a 10 min drive away. Well sized rooms, which are looking a little tired with minimal amentities. Nice lounge area in the main house with lovely roaring fire in the evenings Staff are very helpful and friendly Dog friendly which is very helpful (if you have dogs) I would suggest that hotel is over priced for what it is'

'The food was amazing. The grounds are lovely and the staff are warm and welcoming. The accomodation was fantastic,l. We had the Sorrel junior suite which is ideal for a couple with a dog. Private garden and lounge area and bedroom area mean sleeping without the dog in the same room is a nice treat'

'It was obvious on arrival that a great deal of thought had gone into the furniture and fittings. Our room was generous with a spacious feel which included the en-suite.'
