'This is a 5-star place to stay. The staff was excellent. The rooms were clean, and the gym was well-maintained. The staff attended to all our needs, including providing towels and shared treat samples we’re given around the pool and at the beach. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go.'

'Wat een geweldig hotel is dit! Het interieur is fantastisch, het personeel zeer vriendelijk (zowel in de ontbijtzaal als o.a. doorman Mariano). We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad! Als enige minpuntje wil ik noemen het restaurant. De dinerkaart vond ik te duur, het restaurant is dan ook weinig bezet s' avonds. Verder een zalog verblijf gehad en een mooie tuin, kleine fietsstrook oversteken naar het strand waar ook gratis goede ligbedden en parasols staan en personeel die je helpt. De...

'It was a great hotel. In the center of south Beach shopping area. And an 10 minute walk to the beach. Great place with a great swimmingpool on the roof. A brand new hotelroom. Thanks for the great experience. '

'Het hotel is werkelijk prachtig. De entree, de tuin met de mammoet, het zwembad, het strand en de buitenbar waren geweldig. De kamers zijn schitterend en het Japanse toilet maakt het helemaal af. Alleen de incheck was niet top. Er was maar 1 van de 2 kamers klaar om 15:00 uur en er was weinig persoonlijke aandacht.'

'De kamer was op het oog schoon maar op plekken die je niet zo snel ziet was het erg smerig (zoals onder het bed). Hetgeen wat de score het meest omlaag heeft gebracht is het zwembad, de randen van het zwembad waren zwart van het vet en duidelijk lange tijd niet schoon gemaakt. '

'locatie is perfect, in centrum Miami Beach, gelegen aan strand. Het is wel een oud hotel, te merken aan de kamers. Ook lang wachten op traag/slecht werkende liften.'
